We call to confirm every order before it leaves, and the courier calls when they are close.

Collect in store
Choose Collect in store at checkout and pick the store that suits you. Availability is confirmed when you place the order.
We will hold your order for 48 hours. Bring your order number and pay when you collect.
Payment
Online orders are paid with Cash on delivery for now.
The methods we accept appear at checkout, and the ones not yet available online are marked there.
Returns and exchanges
Exchange or return a piece within 14 days in any Bold store, unworn and with its label attached. Bring your order number.
Refunds are made the way you paid. For a cash order, the store refunds you in cash.
